What Causes Numbness In Knee And Lower Back Pain?

yes please I have the worst hip leg pain every night and difficult walking up stairs, my outer knee is numb and lower back pain. but the hip pain at night feels like my thigh bones broke cant even roll over either way I cry to myself and I take IB800 only no relief. Also I am extremely anemic 3 iron pills daily but cant take them constipatition

1.This kind of pain could be seen in age related problems like (Degenerative changes - reduced joint space when bones rub each other thinned out cartilage)
2.As you said you are anaemic, in this cases it could be osteoporosis ( reduced bone density)
3.I would recommend initially x-ray hip and Knee joints and then MRI if necessary.
4.Dont make a habit of taking pain killers, try to find out the cause and act accordingly.
