General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the constellation of symptoms of numb left arm, headache, heart palpitation and gas may or may not be associated with underlying ischemia or myocardial infarction. Rather than remaining in dilemma, it is strongly recommended to consult an ER and get an EKG done for the final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
