Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My wife had a c section and 28 hours later, her left leg is numb. Not really any pain, just numb from the thigh down, and is not responding to her attempts to move it. Anastegeogist says it's not from the epideral but could be nerve damage from the baby pushing on the cervix. He also said it could be permanent as he has never seen this before, yet there's another woman here that delivered a week ago with the same symptoms. Any idea how this happened and/or what steps can be taken to remedy this? We scared and helpless.
