What Causes Numbness In Legs And Feet With Blackouts And Blurred Vision?

My adult son, age 44, was recently at the ER for various issues, which they diagnosed all symptoms except: numbness in lower legs and feet (both sides), random blackouts and blurred vision in both eyes. Unemployed and almost homeless due to some very poor decisions on his part, he is attempting to get Medicaid, and cannot see a specialist until he does so, we are curious of what the possibilities might be, as the ER doctor offered none.
