Hi,

The symptoms you describe could be caused by a variety of conditions, and it's important to seek medical attention to determine the underlying cause. Here are some possible explanations for your symptoms:
* Allergic reaction: If you ate something that you are allergic to, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions can cause symptoms such as difficulty swallowing, numbness or tingling in the lips or mouth, and a feeling of warmth or heat in the face or other parts of the body.
* Anxiety or panic attack: It's also possible that your symptoms are the result of anxiety or a panic attack. These conditions can cause symptoms such as difficulty breathing, dizziness, numbness or tingling in the lips or extremities, and a feeling of warmth or heat in the face or other parts of the body.
* Neurological disorder: In some cases, numbness in the lips and upper palate can be caused by a neurological disorder, such as multiple sclerosis or a brain tumor. These conditions are less common than other explanations, but it's important to consider them if your symptoms persist or are accompanied by other neurological symptoms.
* Vitamin deficiency: Certain vitamin deficiencies, such as vitamin B12 deficiency, can cause numbness or tingling in the lips or mouth, as well as other neurological symptoms.

Overall, the symptoms you describe are concerning and warrant medical attention. It's important to seek prompt medical care to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment.
