i feel numbness in my mouth when i drink water. its like the water is not in my mouth but it actually is. i have flu and cold at the moment. i believe my sinus is clogged( feels heavy around my forehead). So is the numbness attributable to sinus infection or is there somethingelse related to nerves and stuff that i need to worry about.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection. I suggest to treat the infection with anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen. A cycle of antibiotics may also be needed. If the symptoms continue, you should consult a neurologist and an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
