im 19 years old and feel like im not getting enough air and feel like im going to swallow my tongue i have numb feet and hot and cold sweats i think maybe im having withdrawals from depo but been told i was wrong buit it only happens when my shot is suppose to be due

You do not need a specific treatment.

A proper history, clinical examination, investigations as per these findings alone can lead to a proper diagnosis . This is most important to lead to a proper management/ treatment.
