Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you with thanks for a consult!

I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns according to the latest medical guidelines.

Things like this may happen due to some main reasons like:
Low blood pressure or low glucose levels.
Fluid and electrolyte imbalances and nutrient deficiency.
Vision problems (eyesight issues).
Gastroenteritis (infection of the digestive tract).

The best thing needed to do in such a case is; go for a thorough evaluation from a physician. He will take history, do a physical exam including taking the vitals; and, will rule out many causes there. Then he will go for some diagnostic tests to see what's wrong with you. Test may include but not limited to:
Comprehensive metabolic profile.
CBC with ESR and Differentials.
Vit B12 and Vit D levels.
Thyroid profile.

He will go proper treatment according to the cause. He may go for RIfaximin if infection of the digestive system found, and for vomiting he may start Ondansetron. You definitely need Pedialyte oral rehydration solution to regain energy and to maintain fluid and electrolytes balance.

Your physician may refer you to an Ophthalmologist too if needed.
