What Causes Numbness In Random Places Of The Body?
I have had a repeated rolling numbness over the last couple days. Feels like a pinched nerve (numbness and tingling). However yesterday it went from my hip to my foot on the right side. Today it went from my shoulder blade to my fingers on the right side. It works its way slowly, and as well me area returns to normal, the next area goes numb.
dear thanks for writing to hcm Such tingling and numbness are nerve pains extending towards the nerve distributions.Commonly due to vit b12 deficiency or a nerve compression. Please rule out the B12 deficiency with a blood test following which we can investigate for any compression in spines.however sometimes it is positional also.A great relief can be had from exercises and yoga,if done under guidance. hope this helps
