What Causes Numbness In Stomach With Anxiety Attacks After Diarrhea?

Hi. I got sick about three weeks ago. I was throwing up and had diarrhea at the same time for about two days.that went away but now I feel foggy and have numbness in my stomach and legs if I move a certain way. Also, have had a couple of anxiety attacks. Havnt been to the doc yet as I assumed it would pass but it hasn t. Any thoughts?

due to vomiting and diarhhoea, you seem to have lost some salts and water--dehydration and electrolyte imbalance is the technical name
You maight have been lacking some vitamins too
Get stool culture and stool routine and microscopic and a compete blood count to look for any ongoing infection of intestines
seeing a doctor in person is first choice
