What Causes Numbness In Temple, Headache And Knee Pain?

Have numbness in right temple in last two days, a few yellow pimple like sores,bad headache two days ago localized on right.area above ear, had similar event 24 months ago, was prescribed valtrex, have read about temporal arthritis, maybe it s a coincidence but I have pain in both knees that started, had similar achy knees in summer that eventually stopped with help of aleve, scared it s gca (giant cell arteritis), gp represcribed valtrex 24 h ago, numbness only slightly improved
