Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi Sir/Madam
Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can certainly understand your concern about your problem...Which seems to be as sleep paralysis...Which occurs in REM ( rapid eye movement) stage of sleep, mainly due to overlap of REM and awakening stage that prevents acting out of your dreams. I would advise some natural methods to prevent further attacks like try to avoid sleeping in supine position , maintain regular sleeping hours...And try with some SSRI S like escitalopram...Or with tricyclic antidepressants like Tryptomer to lessen further attacks...And pls consult your psychiatrist for any further help

Post your further questions if any, I will available to take up your follow up questions

Thank you
