What Causes Numbness In The Buttocks?

my right leg is restlessness and heaving/hauling/ veins of two fingers of left hand and right feet plus left feet with its two small fingers, i cant seat on ground feeling numbness in hip, right leg if support is not conmfor back ache region of lumbago and kidneys
