What Causes Numbness In The Face, Nausea And Headache?

I am a 27 year old female. I went to the doctor complaining of headaches, nausea, leaning to one side and slight hand tremors, and facial numbness. They refered to me a neurologist who gave me 2 mri s that concluded that I have a cyst in the middle of the two halves of my brain and a cyst on my pineal gland.. The doctors aren t worried about them. They said that they are unsure why I have facial numbness and all the other symptoms.. They also found a large mass in my right nasal cavity as well as two other masses in the left cavity. The doctor refered me to a nose, ear, and throat specialist.

Hi and welcome to ehealthdesk
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.
They are very much right about that a simple cyst in that area of brain will not have numbness and facial pain, it is these masses that are most probably compressing the area around them and adjacent nerves that is causing this numbness and pain of face. It is better to consult an ENT specialist and get yourself properly examined and investigated. Meanwhile you can use simple pain killers like Brufen.
I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimur
