General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is common for anxiety to cause feelings of numbness and tingling. This can occur almost anywhere on the body but is most commonly felt on the face.

This is caused by blood rushing to the most important parts of the body.

So, I suggest treating anxiety with anxiolytics such as Maxazolam for a short period of time. I also suggest using vitamin B complex which supports the nervous system.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
