Hello,
As you had the procedure of the spinal injection, due to inflammation and healing process of the injected site there might be some possible sensory changes which can lead to
tingling,
numbness, etc.
It will subside once the inflammation is healed. There is nothing serious where you should worry.
With history, it appears you have been diagnosed with
disc injury and for which the injection was provided. I will advise you to do some exercise for the core stability, back extensor muscles, hip muscle strengthening and lower limb as a whole.
Also,
physiotherapy modalities like Therapeutic
ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy will be of benefit to reduce the inflammation and abnormal sensations.
In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most patients who underwent the spinal injection had this symptom and they become better with the above-mentioned procedure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
