Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
There are many medical conditions that may give you that presentation. Some of the conditions may have normal blood works and will require more detailed work-ups including imaging work-ups to establish cause.Vitamin B12 deficiency is a possible cause.Other possible causes may include:
-Peripheral neuropathy
-Neurologic pathologies like multiple sclerosis
-Alcohol use disorder if you take too much
-Systemic or autoimmune diseases
-Ionic imbalances
There are a good number of possible causes.I will suggest you see an Internist.Test like Full blood count, blood sugar test, serum electrolytes, vitamin levels, liver/kidney function tests, thyroid function test, brain scan, angiogram, electromyogram may be helpful.
With all these test, the problem may be identified. You may see an Internist with the results of the tests that were done.He may complete it with what is left on this list and the cause of your problem may be identified.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
