What Causes Numbness In The Fingers, Knees And Buttocks?

I have numbness in my middle finger to my pinkie on both hands and feet. I can not extend my pinkie and ring finger out, they just pull back in towards my palm on the left hand and the middle finger only on my right. I also felt today that my butt cheeks and back of knees weak and numb. My wrists and fingers are weak. Do you have any clue and or advice for me? Thanks
