What Causes Numbness In The Fingers While Sleeping?
My fingers get numb when falling asleep. I had bad sleep for the past month (3-4 hours a day average), but I ve been sleeping better this past week. I see black spots/ cobwebs on my vision that came out of nowhere. I had eye spasms, but it seems they spread to my face. I have spasms all over. I did have anxiety previously that came out of nowhere. I ve been getting head zaps the last week and I m really worried about this as I m only 26y/o

It symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated to rule out possible causes like neuropathy.
