Hello,

It depends what has happened in the course of the treatment and surgeries you have undergone. If you had nerve damage during carpal tunnel release, then you might face this complication.

Nerve Injury can be graded. If it is mild grade, then it is a reversible injury. If it is axonal injury, then the nerve degenerates and will never grow.

You might try some nerve growth factors and Vitamin B12 supplementation like Neurobion forte drug, but if it is reversible injury it becomes difficult to grow. Take above-mentioned drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
