What Causes Numbness In The Hand And Tingling Sensation On The Lips?

I am a 58 y/o female. Over months, I have been concerned with intermittent numbness in my hand, usually left, tightness in my neck, tingling around my lips and tongue, and tinnitis. Is saw an audiologist about the ringing in my ears. After ruling out hearing loss and medications, she suggested it could be heart-related.

hi
there are two possible commen reason for your condition
1)hormonal -as at this age (postmenopausal) any hormone dificiency or excess may result in this condition ;;estrogen -progesteron imbalance may be the reason ;thyroid hormone or adrenal hormone imbalance etc.
to diagnose you may require hormonsl test .

2)cardic cause may also be there.so you may require for cardic function follow up to rule it out.
