What Causes Numbness In The Hands And Feet?

Should I go to the doctor? I have numb hands and feet off and on with hyperveintilating and uncontrolled crying. I think it s a panic attack but I also have a large lump on my right jaw that is hard and painful. I do t have insurance. I can t afford to go if it s not necessary

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be due to severe anxiety or stress.
As now no treatment is required and you can take adequate bed rest.
You can also try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
