What Causes Numbness In The Head Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

Feeling numb in the head can t think foggy. Nauseous and dizzy. I have anxiety disorder but feeling bad all week. Heart palpitations. Wake up in the mornings heart beat goes up and then later nause kicks in Lower legs been tight feeling. I am anemic and take zanax when need be

all your symptoms point out to anaemia. I hope your blood hemoglobin levels are improving. I would suggest you to take plenty of leafy vegetables, Lean red meat, dry dates in your diet. take Iron supplements if you cannot consume lot of iron rich food. Also please take Vitamin C supplements to help in iron absorption. hope it helps
