What Causes Numbness In The Head And Dizziness?

I have a strange feeling in my head: it is not exactly pain, but more of a numbness which is unbearably uncomfortable, so that I act as if I had a headache... but I don t... I drink enough water and eat healthy. In addition I feel as if I am constantly dizzy, everyday, at everytime. but when the numbness/headache/whatever it is, becomes more intense, I get dizzier. Any clue what the problem here is?
