What Causes Numbness In The Left Arm?

Once over the weekend and once this morning my left arm felt like it was asleep, without the pins and needles feel. This lasted about 10 mins. today.Not sure if this is related, but recently I have experienced ED issues. Do I need to see a gen prac? Or a specialist? Thanks!

hi..you must do blood test for vitamin B12 ..deficiency is commonly associated with numbness and tingling.
if deficient then restore by vita B12 injections..
if not relieved you must have physical examination of afgected limb and cervical spine are..if possible X RAY , CT SCAN will help you...
