Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Numbness on left chest and arm could be cause by many medical conditions. Some of these causes may include: -Neurologic disorders like stroke, and neurologic pathologies like MS -Peripheral/diabetic neuropathy -Ionic imbalances like low calcium, magnesium, sodium.. -Vitamin B12 deficiency -Liver/kidney pathologies And so many other causes.I will suggest you see the Doctor for evaluation given the fact that such symptoms may reveal serious medical pathologies.Depending on the diagnostic orientation of your Doctor, you may need tests like a Brain CT scan, serum electrolytes, fasting blood sugar , live and renal function tests, vitamin levels, full blood count. You may also see a neurologist for evaluation. Hope this will help you Best regards
