Hi,

Need some more details. When heart pumping decreased to 19%, there are chances that legs swell while working standing for longer periods.

Is he diabetic? Because uncontrolled diabetes may cause numbness in both legs. Which called as diabetic neuropathy. During that time doctors will advice Vit B12 tablets.

You need to go through serum calcium levels also whether any hypocalcemia is there. That is also one of the reason.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
