What Causes Numbness In The Legs And Immobility In The Legs?

i came home tonight at 5:20pm and found my little cousin unable to walk. When I asked his dad what happened he told me he woke up with his leg asleep and it hasn t woken up. He seems to be able to move his upper thigh but not under his knee. His dad wouldn t let me take him to the hospital it s now 12:26am my cousin and his father are both asleep. I am worried sick

There are many causes of weakness in the lower limbs like electrolytes imbalance as low potassium. Other important things include a disease of the nerve like Guillain barre syndrome. Spine problems are other important things. She should be urgently taken to the hospital for assessment and management.
