Hello, I can understand your concern. All the areas that you have described on the right side for numbness are the areas supplied by the branches of the right facial nerve. Thus, it seems that you are suffering from right facial nerve palsy or Bell s Palsy. It seems that you are suffering from a very early stage of the disorder. In this disorder, patient usually have to wait for few weeks to few months for the nerve fibers that have been damaged to regenerate and being sensations to the area again. Physiotherapy, electrical stimulation and massaging the areas can help to regain the sensations faster. Thus, I would advise you to visit an oral & maxilofacial surgeon or a neurologist sooner than later for the examination and confirmation of the diagnosis by investigations.
