Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you have vitamin B12 deficiency anemia then you can feel numbness but that is more prominent in legs and that can be confirmed from your blood count and vitamin B12 levels. But I would like to first do your neurological examination of upper limb. Does numbness occur in your hands? I will rule out carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical rib and for any swelling or mass compressing the nerve. For carpal tunnel you should have numbness in your hands only below the wrist which will be more prominent when you flex your wrist. For cervical rib, you will feel numbness coming down from upper arm to lower arm. And will be confirm by X-ray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Imran Zeb
