What Causes Numbness In The Mouth And Face?

I have a numbness in my mouth, tongue and inside of cheeks and lips, lots of saliva but also very thirsty all the time for going on three weeks now, went to dr had blood drawn and says I m b12 deficient, could those be symptoms of that or would it be something different

Thanks for the query..

As per your complain numbness inside mouth, tongue and inside cheeks, lips with excess salivation can be due to Vitamin B12 deficiencies..

If you are already diagnosed with it then you need to start with Oral and injectable Vitamin B12 supplements followed by Oral intake of Vitamin B12..

Along with it also get a complete blood picture, blood sugar levels and an MRI done for further confirmation if there is a doubt..
