What Causes Numbness In The Mouth And Face?
Hi.. Thanks for the query.. As per your complain numbness inside mouth, tongue and inside cheeks, lips with excess salivation can be due to Vitamin B12 deficiencies.. If you are already diagnosed with it then you need to start with Oral and injectable Vitamin B12 supplements followed by Oral intake of Vitamin B12.. Along with it also get a complete blood picture, blood sugar levels and an MRI done for further confirmation if there is a doubt.. Hope this helps.. Regards.
