What Causes Numbness In The Right Arm, Shortness Of Breath And Vomiting?
The symptoms are occasional shortness of breath and numbness in the right arm for about a month. Today my friends left arm started hurtled badly and I took her pulse which was 117. She was not doing anything at the time it happened. No chest pain or shortness of breath at that time but she threw up last night after her arm had been hurting.

Possibilities of having acute gastritis are there but if she is aged, has diabetes or hypertension then she should get a basic cardiac evaluation done.
