What Causes Numbness In The Right Hand And Fingers?

My right under armpit feel pin prick. My right hand and fingers feel numb when I wake up in the morning.. few months before my wrist swollen and I took medicine for it... I m 31 years old and I have on kid... i breastfeed more thn one year for my son... now he is 3 years old... I m damn worried about it.. pls advise me...
