General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

After surgery of c5-c6, numbness in right hand and pain in shoulder indicate nerve compression between discs. So physiotherapy will better to help you. Pain treatment consists of tab aceclofenac.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
