What Causes Numbness In The Shoulder After Taking Sprintec?
My 16 year old daughter started taking Sprintec birth control 3 days ago. Today she started complaining of numbness in her shoulder and a pain in her left arm. I called the pediatrician on call at the hospital. They said to stop giving her the pill and call her doctor on Monday?

As a physician I would like to tell you that the pediatrician was absolutely right in advising you to stop pill I would recommend that you should go to a ER if the feeling worsens else you should go to the doctor on monday and get clinical evaluation and investigations done.
