What Causes Numbness In Thighs When Suffering From Sickle Cell Disease?

Hi I am a 69yr old male with a rare s/c disease sickle cell, lately I have been experiencing some numbness in my thighs and just feeling like every morning I am achie all in my bones.my big thing is very bad night sweats,I have experience this before but never on this level.I also had a double bypass in 1997,age 53. I have been fine, I just take coreg,40 mg lotrel5/10,allopurinol 300mg gout bouts here and there.ferrous sulfate325 mg vitiam d 50,000 units for 12 weeks. I have not had a crisis in 8-9 yes then in the last yr.I have had 2 crisis 10 months apart.
