What Causes Numbness In Toe While Standing And Walking?
i recently noticed that when i walk, stand, or use my left foot in driving my toe next to the baby toe goes numb. I also noticed that the ball off my foot is swollen. what can this be? As long as i do not exert full pressure on the ball of my foot or the joint between that and my toes, i m fine.
Hello, I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms can be related to many causes. If you have any chronic disease such as diabetes, it can be related to this condition. If you are healthy, improper footwear could be the cause of your toe going numb when walking. I sugegst to do an xray of the toe for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards! Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi General &Family Physician
