What Causes Numbness In Toes And Fingers With Impaired Balance?

Hi; lately my toes and fingers are numb, plus I have had balance issues, I need to use a walker to balance myself; sometimes too I have trouble vocalizing, especially while feeling stressed out; I am type 2 diabetes, blood sugar is under control, I take meds and meals at regular times

I understand your concern.
Loss of balance with numbness of toes and fingers along with trouble in vocalizing is indicative of neurological disorder. It may be due to central nervous system involvement along with cerebellum. Also, it may be associated with peripheral neuropathy caused due to diabetes.
Kindly get a complete neurological examination done by consulting Neurologist for appropriate diagnosis and management.
