What Causes Numbness Of The Face And Arms With High Pulse Rate?

I am having numbness on my face and both of my upper arms from the elbows up go numb and feel like they re being squeezed, then the pain spreads to the upper middle of my back and hurts really bad. This lasts for about one minute and occurs at least once per day. Also my pulse has been going up to about 108 when I just walk a few feet, my normal resting pulse is 63. I had a treadmill test and they said it came out good, but I had some pvc s during recovery, they seemed to think this was fine, is it?

As per my clinical evaluation, if the EKG and 2D echo give clear image of heart, then these symptoms are due to anxiety and stress.
