What Causes Numbness On Back Of The Calves And On The Heels Of The Foot?
The front of my legs, the back of my calves and the heel of my foot has went partially numb for the last couple of weeks. Sleeping it worsens. The MRI turned up - not much, scoliosis, moderate dehydration and narrowing at L3 -4 with minor bulging w/o nerve root flattening or deformity. Also, Schmorl s nodes at L3-4. What can I do to get my legs back to normal. 800 MG of Ibuprofen (taking intermittently) doesn t seem to be doing anything? Will having another child be a bad idea?
