Hello,

Numbness & pain back / shoulders are commonly due to degenerative disc disease, scoliosis or a herniated or bulging disc in the spine. Other causes are injuries, trauma, rotator cuff tears, fracture (spine or spine), pinched nerves, developing neuropathy, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get all blood & imaging tests done.

Your treatment will depend on the reports obtained & your clinical condition. In the meantime, you can take NSAIDS, one SOS when needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
