What Causes Numbness On Left Side Of Body While Having Blocked Vein In Head?

I have a stroke a year ago, I end up with a blocking veine in my head , my left leg, and all my left side is number I can not work with my leg or hand I did a physical therapy, a get a little bettr, but still live with my side almost dead, do you think I can be accure based on you experince in the medical field Thank you
