What Causes Numbness On Left Side Of Head And Neck Along With Puffiness Of Eyes?

Hello, my 95 year old grandmother is complaining of a numbness feeling on the left side of her head with pain in her neck. Yesterday she woke up and felt (as she calls it) foggy. Her mind wasn t the same yesterday and today she is a little better with that, but is very uncomfortable with the left side of head. Her left eye looks slightly puffy and the eye lid appears to be red. Is this anything to be concerned about?

I don't think this is something important. It can be related to muscle pain or neck pain possibly due to bad sleep. I don't think you should worry about it.
