Hi, The numbness on my lips is not that worse. It comes to ease when I drink water or drinks. Then, it get dried again and a bit numb. And one of my leg seems like numb but when I punch it, I can still feel the sensation. so, I guess, it is not that worst but I would like to know if there is any cure for such things. I forgot one thing, I usually sleep late and wake up early which always leave me feeling like numb when I wake up from sleep late night. The question is how should I prevent the unwanted disease which may consequentially follow after all these. Thanks Doctor

- sound, regular sleep of 7-8 hours
