What Causes Numbness On The Face With Loss Of Vision In Left Eye?

I am a 34 year old female. Last night I had numbness on the left side of my face for about an hour. Then today I lost vision in my left eye for about 20 minutes followed by a headache. I ve been told my sugar could have dropped, TIA or symptoms of my period. Any thoughts?
