What Causes Numbness On The Finger Tip?

Hey! So I was walking into my house carrying some bags and had my water bottle hanging off one of my fingers by the crease under the knuckle (using a metal hook/half loop shape on the top of bottle) It cut off circulation to the finger and was it was numb by the time I got inside. Feeling slowly came back and now I can feel most of it but near the tip it s still kinda feels wierd. It s been about two hours so I wasn t sure if it was serious or not

Hi, please relax. There was temporary pressure on a nerve due to the awkward position of holding the bottle and the nerve got stunned. It will surely come back to normal. Meanwhile you can gently massage with any pain balm. That will help. If there is no improvement in two days and the numbness persists, you should see your doctor. Regards
