Hello I’m 57 years old and I’m fairly good good health and weight however I had an acute stroke 3 years ago, remained with slight numbness on my left fingers. As this happened suddenly,I keep thinking it can happen again. Is there anything I can do to avoid another one?
the best things you can do to prevent another stroke is make sure you minimize risk factors. Ensure your blood pressure is well controlled, you are on a statin, and aspirin. you should also get exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet.
