General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are suggestive of neuropathic causes. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

You have to make sure that your blood sugar is well under control as uncontrolled diabetes can cause these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
