What Causes Numbness On The Tongue Along With Eye Twitching?

The last two days...My husband had numbness on the left side of his tongue. It seemed to move to his jaw and mouth and his eye has been twitching off and on. He is 54, 100 lbs overweight, self employed, not much sleep, lots of stress, had massive heart attack 3 years ago, has been given B12 shots in the past. His blood pressure was 127 over 85 a bit ago when I checked it. Does not think he has time to go to doc. Thinks his B12 is probably low.......??? Thanks.
