General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, explained skin eruptions with pain and numbness at areas may indicate emergence of previous herpes infection (as there is skin lesion before 1 year), which may have been located in ganglia of thorax.

I would like to recommend a skin specialist opinion for this issue without any delay for best possible management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
